BOARD MEETINGS
The following is a schedule of the board meetings for 2021. Any change on a meeting’s date (or special meeting notices) will be posted on a public, conspicuous place, as soon as information becomes available.
All meetings, unless specified otherwise, will be held at the Joseph L. Chiriaco, Inc. Corporate Office Conference Room. As of January 2020, the meeting time has been changed to 4:00pm.
