BOARD MEETINGS
The following is a schedule of the board meetings for 2025. Any change on a meeting’s date (or special meeting notices) will be posted on a public, conspicuous place, as soon as information becomes available.
All meetings, unless specified otherwise, will be held at the Joseph L. Chiriaco, Inc. Corporate Office Conference Room. As of January 2020, the meeting time has been changed to 4:00pm. As of January 2025, meetings were moved from the 2nd to the 4th Tuesday of the month.
